Ordering with Zum Zum

Ready to place your order and not sure where to start?

Zumzum.ca was designed to be easy to navigate, with all departments noted and a quick search engine at the top of the screen.

First things first – add your address to ensure you’re in our delivery area.

GTA and surrounding cities are covered… Pickering, Richmond Hill, Brampton, Nobleton, Etobicoke, Mississauga are all good to go!

On the left side you’ll find a drop down menu with all of the categories listed.

Within these categories can be 100’s of items sub-divided by item type.

Be sure to read descriptions, particularly the size of the item or number of items per pack, so you’re not surprised with too many avocados or too few bananas!

You will go through a series of screens when confirming the order such as a review of items in your cart, address confirmation, optional tip for our drivers, any promotional code you may have etc.

Once you have checked-out, you’ll receive both a confirmation email & text message.

Order edits can be accessed by either your email confirmation or text message link.

Edits are accepted day before order but day of are not guaranteed as we require a few hours to do the shop, check-out, pre-organize and label, load the van to get ready for the multiple order route.
