We are a family of 5 that certainly do love a slice of cucumber on a sandwich, chopped in chicken salad or even a chunk for a quick healthy snack but 12????

With simple ingredients that tend to be staples…salt & pepper, onions, sugar, vinegar it took about 30 minutes to whip it up.

I now have a few extra jars on hand that I’ll use for burgers & dogs, as well as adding to chicken or potato salads for some extra crunch and a bit of zing!
